c/w Adaptor Long lasting Bi-metal Hole Saws with unique ejection holes for extra chip release and weight reduction. Hardened steel, in combination with MandreX’s special tooth geometry, provides the smoothest cut, requiring less feed pressure.
M42 High-Speed Steel
M42 high speed steel is a cobalt molybdenum tools steel – the addition of 8% cobalt means that M42 delivers superior red-hardness when compared to M2. The composition of M42 makes for a good balance of toughness and hardness and can be found widely used for all types of cutting tools, often used for machining materials and super alloys that are difficult to machine.
Each hole saw comes supplied with an MXqs adaptor for use with MandreX’s unique ONE CLICK arbor system – replacing and mounting each hole saw takes a matter of seconds!
