This enables both overcurrent protection and earth fault current protection by a single unit.

Single module RCBOs will occupy one outgoing way.

MCB with type B characteristics

Hager has improved its Commercial RCBO range to make it easier for installers and specifiers to use. The new design simplifies testing of final distribution circuits and allows an insulation resistance test to be conducted without disconnecting the RCBO.

In addition, when the RCBO is in the ‘off’ position, the 500V DC test can be undertaken without causing damage to the RCBO.
